I want to thank you for the very positive experiences my husband and I have had since listing our home with you. Because my husband had sold 2 homes previously for relatives, we decided to try the FSBO – For Sale By Owner – route. After listing our home on several FSBO sites, we did have 1 showing, and several e-mail inquires, although there were no offers. I was concerned about wasting our time with people who were not qualified to buy, as well as how to get our house the attention it needed to attract was the right buyer.
