Erika Hammonds is a 10-year veteran of the real estate business having worked extensively in the new construction, investment property and rental markets as well as bringing tremendous value as a transaction manager due to her attention to detail and follow up. Anna has been in sales in excess of 18 years. She became a Realtor in 2006 to pursue a successful and rewarding career in real estate. Since joining the Holmquist Team, Anna has helped many clients, especially first-time home buyers, find a place to call home. Anna is involved in the community of Long Valley where she is treasurer of the West Morris Central Wrestling Booster Club, a leader in fund raising for the Football Club and she has also volunteered countless hours at the grade school and high school levels. Mitchell Ross became a Realtor in 2005 and quickly became a top-producing agent specializing in residential home marketing and sales. Mitch attributes his success to his caring attitude toward his clients, both buyers and sellers. Mitch has been awarded the International President's Circle Award of Excellence for high sales volume. He holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a professional who can provide the highest level of buyer-representation services. Mitch also holds an e-PRO technology designation, awarded by the NAR for Internet professionalism. This is not surprising given Mitch’s background of many years in systems administration and computer consulting services. Recently, he received the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, making him a specialist in this area. Residents of Chester for 25+ years, Mitch and his wife have raised three children and have a deep commitment to their community. Mitch has been actively involved with the local Boy Scouts of America for many years. He is also a member of the Chester Area Professional Club, which helps foster local businesses. Barbara became a Realtor in 2002 specializing in the marketing & sales of residential homes, town homes & condos. She further handles residential/commercial rentals, new home construction, relocations and more. Prior to becoming a Realtor and joining Keller Williams, Barbara had an extensive background in corporate management, as well as co-owned a successful direct mail & print advertising company all of which greatly adds to her expertise in the marketing of one’s home. Barbara keeps her skills sharp and is always looking to broaden the scope of her education on all the latest cutting edge marketing and technical tools needed to adjust to the ever changing marketplace. Barbara’s corporate management philosophy was to always employ those who are experts within their given job or field. The key to being a successful manger is the people who work with and/or for them. Mitch Kalmus became a Realtor in 2005, following his wife Barbara who joined in 2002. Through the use of Mitch’s extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising, Barbara’s business expanded to the point of needing assistance in order to manage and further develop it. Mitch was an award winning franchise owner a cooperative direct mail advertising & printing company from 1990-2008. Currently Mitch owns and operates a successful multimedia marketing company specializing in building client data bases for small to mid-size businesses through the use of all of today’s highest technological marketing tools available, print & direct mail advertising, text message coupons/marketing, call tracking/management and online surveys. Kevin is a 7+ year veteran of real estate with a specialty in New Home Sales. He works with all buyers and sellers, downsizing or up sizing and he puts his client’s needs first. Kevin’s experience working on site with builders and his background in engineering bring important skills and perspective to the team. Cheryl has an extensive background in real estate, relocation, sales and customer service making her indispensable as the Office Manager for the Holmquist Team. Cheryl utilizes her experience and creative thinking skills in managing each real estate transaction, ensuring deadlines are met, and that each of our clients achieve the ultimate goal of a seamless transaction from start to finish. A New Jersey resident since 1980, Cheryl was born in Detroit and moved extensively, including Europe, before settling down in Long Valley more than 10 years ago. Her experiences in being transferred through relocation companies only adds to Cheryl's already impressive resume. Cheryl looks forward to putting all of her experience to work for our clients and being the point person for all their needs during the real estate experience.
